Most technology equipment is supported and purchased through Technology Services.

Every year, faculty and staff are asked to submit technology requests. Beginning in 2022, the request processes for both populations will happen at the same time, using the same process. Historically, Â鶹ÊÓƵ had two different technology request processes. Faculty used the '''Academic Technology Request''' Process and Administrators used the '''Administrative Process'''.

==Technology Request Process==
In February of each year GTS and ATC will invite all staff and faculty to make technology requests for the upcoming fiscal year. The approved requests will be delivered after June 1,(depending on industry and supply chain constraints). All decisions regarding the requests will be communicated after the College budget approval process for next fiscal year has been finalized.

==Academic Technology Request Process==
Historically, the '''Academic Technology Request''' form is sent out in February by the ATC (Academic Technology Committee) for the following fiscal year. Technology requests that are approved are fulfilled during the following summer.

===Summer 2021===
'''Academic Technology''' approved for delivery in the summer of 2021:
[https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1RvW8-vaSq-9bZsRhnOSlxlMQq65dV7aj/edit#gid=311262788 Fiscal Year 2021-2022 Academic Technology Hardware and Software Listing]
A serious global shortage of semiconductors has made procurement of needed technology difficult. As such, we are asking you to please consider delaying your hardware delivery until October or later. If you can continue using your current equipment without a serious impact to your productivity, we will plan to revisit your request later this fall. If, however, your current setup is having a noticeable impact on your day to day work, please indicate this and we will prioritize your request. If demand for new hardware outpaces our ability to acquire the necessary devices, we will prioritize new employees, as well as those requests that directly facilitate teaching and learning.
