(date) (Student Organization) (Vendor Name)Services To Be Performed. The vendor agrees to perform the following services for the student organization: Vendor will assume all responsibilities that any purveyor of alcoholic beverages would assume in the normal course of business, including but not limited to: a. Checking all identification cards upon entry d. Not serving minors b. Not serving individuals who appear to be intoxicated e. Maintaining control of all alcoholic containers present c. Collecting all remaining alcohol at the end of a function f. Having enough personnel on site to properly staff the event (NOTE: Attendance is estimated in #5 below) The vendor will handle all sales of alcoholic beverages, none of which will be paid for by the student organization. The vendor will sell alcohol exclusively on a per drink or per pitcher basis (no all you can drink specials), with no profit from alcohol sales going to the sponsoring organization. Vendors are discouraged from selling pitchers for their own protection against subsequent illegal distribution to underage patrons. 2. Liquor License & Liability Insurance. Vendor affirms that it holds a valid liquor license authorizing the sale of alcoholic beverages at the subject event. Vendor further affirms that it has secured liquor liability insurance with coverage limits required by law. Vendor further agrees to indemnify and hold the student organization and 鶹Ƶ harmless in connection with any action relating to any illegal or negligent sale by vendor of alcoholic beverages at the subject event. Monitors are individuals who will remain present at the event and sober at all times and be the contact persons for the vendor should any questions or problems arise. Monitors will introduce themselves to the vendors personnel prior to the beginning of the event. These individuals shall also be responsible to coordinate transportation for the attendees who need assistance in returning to their homes after the event.
