SUMMARY:New Faculty Orientation Day
DESCRIPTION:New Faculty Orientation on Monday\, August 18 is required for a
 ll new faculty to attend. The day will begin at 8:30 am with a continental 
 breakfast in the Anderson Hall Atrium.  Lunch served at noon. Sessions at 
 9am include: Â鶹ÊÓƵ 101: An introduction to working at Â鶹ÊÓƵ and Sylla
 bi and Honor Code Workshop: Building your course syllabi. Please bring your
  laptop. The 1pm session will be Moodle and Classroom Technology Workshop: 
 An introduction to technology at Â鶹ÊÓƵ. Please bring your laptop.  At 3
 pm there will be an optional Campus Tour: Join Professor Matt Rightmire (Th
 eater & Dance) for an informal tour of the Â鶹ÊÓƵ campus. Also at 3pm\, t
 here will be Flex Time: Use this time to pick up your keys\, parking pass\,
  or ID badge\; finish up work on your syllabi\; build your faculty profile 
 page\; or just take a moment to relax or take a walk in the Arb. Location: 
 Anderson Hall Atrium.
